User Agreement
Core Function Description
This application is a status bar note-taking tool ("Float Memo"), and you can quickly record and view notes by clicking the menu bar icon.
Data Storage: By default, all notes are stored only on local devices and will never be automatically uploaded to any external servers.
iCloud Sync: If the user actively enables the iCloud Sync feature, data will be encrypted and synchronized via Apple's official iCloud service to devices logged in with the same Apple ID, and the synchronization process is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Permission requirements
Status bar access: The application needs to be authorized to display the menu bar icon; otherwise, core functions cannot be used.
iCloud Sync: If sync is enabled, you need to turn on iCloud Drive permissions in the system settings (users can turn it off at any time).
User Responsibility
Do not record sensitive data (such as passwords, bank card numbers). The application shall not be liable for data breaches caused by the user's own operations.
Regularly back up important notes to avoid data loss caused by device damage or system reset.
data security
Local data uses system-level encryption (FileVault), and iCloud data transmission adheres to Apple's end-to-end encryption standard.

Data Collection and Use
Zero data collection: The app does not collect user identity information, device identifiers, usage behavior, or note content.
iCloud Data: Synced notes are stored only in the user's personal iCloud account, and developers have no access to them. Apple's iCloud data processing is governed by its privacy policy (see Apple Privacy Policy for details).
Third-party service
iCloud synchronization relies on Apple's infrastructure, and details of its data security measures can be found in Apple's official documentation. The app itself does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Children's Privacy
The application is not designed for children under 4 years old and does not actively collect children's data. If a juvenile uses it, the consent and supervision of a guardian are required.
Policy Update
Privacy policy revisions will be notified via in-app notifications or update logs, and continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
User rights
Data Deletion: Deleting the app will clear local data; iCloud data needs to be manually managed through the settings of Apple devices.
